Shipping method
All orders are processed as soon as possible and shipped via Australia Post within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Shipping costs include all postage, packaging and handling charges. At this stage, I do not ship internationally.
Flat rate shipping
Australia-wide Standard Shipping is $15. Australia-wide Express Shipping is $30.
Multiple orders
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, some items may not be suitable packed in the same box, and therefore I may not be able to combine shipping costs. If you are wanting to purchase more than one piece, please email me at annareadstudio@gmail.com to let me know and I will advise whether I will be able to combine shipping - and if so, I will issue a partial shipping refund to you after you’ve completed checkout.
Studio pickup
You may choose to click and collect your online purchase(s) from my studio by selecting LOCAL at the checkout. Please await an email confirmation to advise when your order is ready for collection. My studio is in Campbells Creek, Victoria, 3451 (near Castlemaine).
Returns Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase! Because I am a small one-person operation, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a problem with your purchase. I inspect everything I sell carefully before I post it out. If your item breaks in transit, please email annareadstudio@gmail.com with a photograph showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will offer to replace the item or refund your money.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your online order, please contact annareadstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. I will do everything possible to accommodate you, however, if your order has already shipped, my standard returns policy will apply.
Lost packages
In the unlikely event that your package doesn’t arrive to you within 6 weeks, please contact me at annareadstudio@gmail.com and I will offer to send you a replacement.
